Our Manufacturing
Charcoal
The wood is cut into small pieces and dried to reduce its moisture content. The wood is loaded into the kiln, ensuring proper airflow. The wood is ignited, and the kiln is sealed to create a low-oxygen environment.
Briquette
The process begins with producing charcoal from wood or other biomass. This is done by heating the material in a low-oxygen environment, a process known as pyrolysis.
Coconut Shell Charcoal
The process begins with collecting coconut shells, usually from coconut processing facilities or farms. The shells are then cleaned to remove any remaining coconut meat or fibers.
